East Ayrshire Council Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at Kilmarnock, Scotland Full Time

Job Purpose

To support and assist with the delivery of a range of financial services including, accounting and budgeting, treasury and banking, and customer experience. To assist in meeting the needs and priorities of Services and customers and ensure consistency with the corporate financial standards and policies of the Council in order to support the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives identified within the Finance and ICT Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Requirements

Additional Information

This is a permanent full time post within Corporate Accounting. The admin base for this post is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock

Normal office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday & 9am – 4pm Friday.

Annual Salary £25,025 – £27,282

The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ – 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
