East and North Herts Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to be its next Deputy Financial Controller. You will be an experienced senior finance professional and will work as part of a team to help us continue on our journey to improve our financial reporting and financial processes.
The successful candidate will have the ability to take technical guidance and standards and translate them into ‘real world’ implications for the Trust and, if appropriate, present options on the adoption of new standards. Producing high quality financial information will assist in the decision-making required to meet the challenges in future.
Working as part of a wider team, the successful candidate will help to ensure that the financial control environment is robust, whilst helping the Trust become more streamlined and effective in its approach to developing policies and procedures.
