Ears to You is a quick growing hearing aid company on Vancouver Island which offers exclusively to-your-door mobile hearing services; the first of its kind in British Columbia. Ears to You was started by an experienced hearing health specialist team to change the way patients receive hearing care. We are seeking a performance & client-oriented Hearing Care Professional (Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiologist) to join our growing team in Victoria, BC.

Location: Victoria, BC

Job Type: Full-Time: Hybrid work from home and with mobile clinic duties

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or certification as a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner.
• Full and current registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of BC (CSHBC).
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Hearing Instrument Practitioner / Audiologist in a hearing aid clinic.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive adult hearing evaluations, product recommendations and hearing aid fittings in a mobile capacity within the greater Victoria territory: All client appointments are conducted in their own homes, or in a fully equipped mobile hearing clinic vehicle outside of their homes.
• Counseling and care of hard of hearing clients.
• Consistent and accurate clinical ing.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards for client treatment and care.
