About us

Our focus is on allowing children to indulge in natural play surrounded by a beautiful bush setting of 8 acres of farmland, complete with animals, vegetable gardens and tractor rides.

With a strong team of educators and long-term employees of the centre, the focus on early education is supported by a highly competent and knowledgeable management team. To complement this we are looking for a Leader who is passionate about their role working with young children and who can focus on both play-based learning and intentional teaching moments. You will have a strong desire to build trusting and nurturing relationships with the children and collaborative, professional relationships with families and communities. We align our teachers with their desired age group wherever possible, with ECTS employed at the nursery all the way through to preschool age.

About you

• A recognised Early Childhood Degree level of qualification or higher in Early Childhood or similar as approved by the ACECQA
• NESA Registration
• Prior experience working with children in a similar setting
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Understanding of current legislation, NQS requirements, EYLF and current pedagogy that influences practice
