Early Learning Academies Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote Job at Remote Full Time

Early Learning Academies is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our Human Resources team. We are a fast-paced, growing company and are seeking an HR professional who can partner with our operations across multiple states to provide administrative and consultative support to our network of childcare academies. The Talent Acquisition Manager works collaboratively with school leaders and functional teams such as operations, payroll, and accounting to address all areas from recruiting, onboarding, employee file maintenance and some project implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process
• Promote HR programs to support our Core Values and create an efficient workplace
• Recruiting and sourcing key salary positions
• Development of Talent Acquisition processes and efforts
• Build solid relationships with our Educational Centers’ leadership to provide sound development of recruiting
• Support the implementation and training for new ATS system (UKG knowledge preferred)
• Optimize stabilization grants for recruiting
• Report on talent acquisition costs and recommendations for efficiencies
• Develop processes and supporting documentation for onboarding, performance management, off- boarding and the full employee life-cycle
• For existing business and potential acquisitions, analyze HR cost structures, turnover rates, benefits programs, and other key areas
• Conduct FLSA, EEO, and other audits
• Ensures compliance with all necessary company policies and state/federal regulations
• Support worker’s compensation issues
• Maintain timely and accurate HRIS data for all employees
• Support the HR infrastructure development
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or the equivalent experience and education in HR
• Seven years human resources experience, including talent acquisition, developing internship programs, creative sourcing techniques, ATS and HRIS
• Excellent working knowledge of employment laws
• Experience in training a plus
• Experience with at least one HRIS & ATS (UKG preferred)
• Experience with various applicant tracking systems and various hiring platforms
• Adept at leveraging all social media outlets for talent sourcing
• Experience building relationships across multiple states
• Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong time management skills
• Travel up to 25%
