Responsibilities:

• Devise effective strategy to build proactive pipeline
• Oversee data input and status of recruitment activity
• Arrange, conduct, and lead interviews, while also handling the approval process
• Ensure a positive experience for the candidates throughout the duration of the recruitment process
• Coordinates interview schedules and gather feedback on prospective candidates
• Assists in drafting/updating job postings. Reviews and process resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports when necessary
• Interface effectively with candidates or legal search firms, provides candidate correspondence

Required Skills:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and experience of 2 years recruiting
• Legal search firm recruiting experience is optimal
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Extremely organized and capable of communicating professionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as candidates
• Basic knowledge of US immigration and visas is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
