We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to work as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. The ideal candidate is a sourcing guru with a recruiting and marketing mentality who keeps up with the latest sourcing trends and social platforms with a knack for connecting with people. This person is part researcher, part social media strategist, part online relationship-builder, and part marketer, all in one with the express goal of identifying top talent for our family medicine offices.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer has the ability to understand the company’s talent needs; develop new and creative strategies to engage and attract both active and passive candidates; assist with managing the company’s career-based social profiles; and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the sourcing strategy to drive continuous improvement and enhancement.

Major responsibilities of this role include:

• Promoting employer brand through the various career and social media sites as well as act as a brand ambassador
• Employing sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Developing and building talent pipelines

• Conducting initial phone screens to qualify potential candidates

• Managing corporate social media pages and career sites, including posting and tweeting
• Responsibility for company updates, news postings, and job opportunities
• Conducting competitive recognizance
• Thoughtful and personalized communication and candidate nurturing (targeted communication)
• Building targeted candidate lists for CRM campaigns

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with a healthcare company is preferred
• Previous experience sourcing passive candidates through various career sites, social media, networking and cold calling
• Knowledge of Boolean operators, creation of search strings and applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse)
• Experience using career sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter in an effort to source for qualified candidates

• Experience using social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter in an effort to recruit qualified candidates
• Knowledge of and previous experience using automation tools such as Hootsuite as well as other tools such as Entelo, Network Monkey and Simppler

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal communication, listening, creative writing & thinking skills
