Job Purpose

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for designing, managing, administering and coordinating multiple recruiting functions. S/he will partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and will work attract, recruit, and retain high quality talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide a wide range of quality Human Resources services to all levels of team members throughout the entire organization.

Essential Responsibilities and Competencies

• Represent the talent acquisition team positively and strategically in building relationships, internal/external branding and communication with candidates, HR Director and hiring managers across three regions.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources to develop and execute region/network-based strategic outreach, attending of career fairs and alignment of hiring plans.
• Develop best practices for recruitment full life cycle. Create a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing including web searches and utilizing Indeed, Recruitment Edge, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., to increase creative digital sourcing.
• Interview and qualify potential candidates based on the goals and needs of the business and manage the tracking of information pertaining to the analytics of digital sourcing and candidates.
• Assist in the development of engagement and evaluation of HR data analytics to support and align with business decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to discuss and respond to staffing needs while building relationships with hiring managers at assigned locations.
• Manage Applicant Tracking system by posting, updating, and closing job orders, moving candidates though interview and hiring process, and extending offers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition exp. preferred
• Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems
• Experience with full cycle recruitment
