The Role

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a strong passion for delivering a customer-focused end-to-end recruitment service whilst supporting our culture, diversity & inclusion strategy, and company goals.

You can expect to be working with knowledgeable and dedicated hiring managers who like to be involved in the process and offer support. This role will suit someone who has a passion for recruitment and enjoys designing and project managing quality recruitment process that includes creative attraction campaigns, online assessments, background checks and tools to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

What will you be doing:

• Be involved in the implementation the one of the market leading applicants tracking systems
• Working with leading providers to create seamline recruitment process using video job advertising, online assessments, video interviewing, online background checks.
• Publish current vacancies on multiple platforms.
• Review, screen, longlist and shortlist applications ensuring that candidates meet the requirement of hiring managers and complement.
• Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools.
• Support and coach hiring managers as required through the recruitment process
• Conduct/facilitate various employment checks and assessments (health declarations, police checks, Visa status checks)
• Continuously look for ways to improve/implement delivery of service and candidate engagement and improve our service offering.

About You

You love connecting with people, engaging with candidates and coaching hiring managers. Our roles are varied, our team is diverse, and our goals are ambitious. You like keeping up to date with the best recruitment practises and playing a part in transforming TA services from good to GREAT!
You keep a tight administrative process, know how to prioritise your workload and communicate your competing deadlines. You’re a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills and although highly professional, know how to have fun!

You’ll bring your skills in:

• End to end high-volume internal, RPO or agency recruitment experience, ideally in the health industry.
• Strong job ad writing and video skills.
• Ability to design and project manage online assessments and background checks.
• Delivering a customer-focused candidate experience.
• Negotiating and dealing with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and administration.
• A passion for learning.
