Roles and responsibilities as a HR Assistant

The first line of response for new starters

Managing HR systems

HR Inductions

Supporting with low-level ER Issues; investigation meetings, disciplinaries, grievance meetings

Managing and conducting return to work interviews

Assisting with Internal recruitment, job advertising, shortlisting candidates and managing the recruitment process, obtaining references and all relevant right to work documentation

HR Inductions and onboarding of new staff

I would like to receive CVs from individuals who

Holds some form of CIPD or part qualified would be preferred however we are happy to look at training in this area to support your career development

Ideally experience working within Food, FMCG or manufacturing environment

Excellent IT skills & systems knowledge.

Great attention to detail.
