E V Bishoff Company Hiring for Recruiter at Columbus, OH Full Time

EV Bishoff Company seeks a part-time recruiter in its downtown office. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting and customer service experience. This part-time position focuses on contacting applicants who have applied to various job postings, conducting both virtual and in-person interviews, communicating post-interview with the candidate, conducting background checks, and sending out offer letters. The recruiter will also communicate with Human Resources once applicants have signed their offer letter so they can be moved to company onboarding. Hybrid opportunity possible.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes received to find qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates
• Setup interviews either in person or virtually
• Attend interviews with candidates and the owner
• Good note-taking and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Communicate with Human Resources the status of hiring efforts
• Communicate with candidates the hiring process
• Ability to use a multi-line phone
• Ability to work independently

Minimum requirements

1 year of experience with recruiting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Applicant Tracking or other HRIS

Experience with Paylocity a plus

The ideal candidate would be an outgoing self-starter who is able to work independently. Pay is $25 per hour. No benefits included.
