E-Switch Hiring for Sales Manager at Remote Full Time

TEN Logistics is a division of Stein Industries. At TEN, we are a logistics company offering transportation solutions for domestic and global shipments.

The Sales Manager will bring an existing book of business and grow it through selling a variety of logistics services identifying new prospects, building a vibrant sales pipeline, and closing sales. Achieve 3 & 6-month benchmarks on the way to a truly unlimited income opportunity with a competitive base salary. Additional responsibilities including but not limited to;

Responsibilities

· Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, zoom meetings and e-mail to develop new business opportunities. True hunter mentality.

· Work with all team members of TEN Logistics to provide excellent service and continue to build on our reputation of being a company of integrity.

· Tenaciously up-sell and cross-sell customers in order to promote organic growth.

· Negotiate rates with carriers and customers focusing on sustaining long term relationships.

· Assist Credit Department with payment terms and customer issues as requested.

Qualifications

· Logistics/Transportation experience and existing business within manufacturing, food processing & distribution, construction materials sectors etc.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

· Proven track record in sales prospecting

· Self-motivated, dependable, curious, and driven to win

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Xcel), experience with TMS systems

· Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts
