E-Commerce Account Manager

Full-time –

On-Site Minimum of 3 year’s practical experience

Primary Job Duties:

· Develop and execute strategies to bring in prospect accounts and grow existing accounts to meet overall company plan and goals.

· Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with our customers (may include: dotcom buyers, category specialist, site merchandisers, content acquisition teams, etc) to expand our reach with the account.

· Own new item sell-in and throughout product life cycle (item setup, sell-thru, forecasting, in-stock, pricing, EOL)

· Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with Supply Chain team to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimize new fulfillment opportunities, plan for peak periods, and improve/eliminate chargebacks.

· Own brand integrity online, monitoring and enforcing policies across retailers.

· Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors in order to be seen as a trusted business advisor to accounts

· Represent Boyd Sleep at networking events, conferences and in-person meetings with accounts

· Present the company and its products at online and in-person meetings

• Ecommerce and/or furniture industry experience preferred.

Preferred Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.

· 3+ years in account management, including some Ecommerce experience.

· Quantitative and analytical aptitude required.

· High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Travel Requirements: Requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Compensation: Boyd is a dynamic, creative entrepreneurial environment. We pay well and bonus on the sales increases of our E-Commerce business. Salary based on experience and aptitude. Base salary range: $50k – 80k plus bonus.
