Dynamo are Australias leading Agency in the recruitment of D365 (Dynamics) (FinOps CE BC) and Microsoft stack resources. With a focus on customer service and relationships our approach differs considerably from the ‘boiler room’ antics of certain players in this space.

ROLE

Depending on the level of applicants the following duties will form part of the role.

Database and Linkedin searches

Screening candidates for specific requirements

Liaising with Employers to understand their requirements

Negotiating contract and permanent offers

Phone and face to face meetings with candidates and customers

YOU

You dont need to have any recruitment experience. This is all about attitude and desire. A customer services / retail or sales related background would be beneficial. More experienced applicants are welcome to apply as we can accommodate a junior, intermediate or senior skill set.

Some knowledge or interest in IT / Computers would help.

You do need to be computer literate and strong English communication and comprehension are vital to success.
