Dynamix International Group Hiring for Export/Import Logistics Coordinator at Fort Lauderdale, FL Full Time

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Work experience as a Logistics Specialist, Logistics Coordinator similar role in Freight Forwarding.
• Export Operations Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is a plus
• Exhibits a working knowledge of the ocean freight industry and local, national, and maritime laws
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and database functions
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Bilingual is a must , proficient English and Spanish
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Handle Export/Import shipments.
• Prepare all necessary import/export shipment documentation. E.g. Delivery Order, BL, Cargo Manifest, packing list, certificate of origin , shipper Export Declaration …
• Ensure bookings are made on time and in accordance with shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with carriers to expedite documentation and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicating with overseas agents to ensure proper pre-alerts and documentation
• Daily tracking updated to origin and destination.
• Receive orders and containers information from various sources, including Sales, Shippers, or other agents.
• Communicate with all parties as necessary to assure the process is completed on a timely basis.
• Solid organizational, excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
