You will have a recruitment background within the industry sector and the successful candidate will be based in our Brisbane office who will have an enthusiasm for building relationships with the flexibility to manage your own desk.

As a Perm Recruitment Consultant, you will have a passion for people and assist with the day-to-day recruitment procedures of the business i.e., meeting with customers to take detailed job briefs, writing ad’s, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, presenting candidates to customers, and providing feedback to the candidate and customer.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare job briefs, advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
• Interviewing face to face or via various video links
• Creating candidate profiles and conduct references
• Sourcing and placing candidates in permanent positions
• Database management of in-house CRM – RecruitOnline
• Develop new opportunities and understand the sales process
• Identify existing and new job orders in target profitable industry sectors
• Generate leads and follow up by booking qualified meetings with decision makers
• Negotiate, prepare, and present strategies to customers on a one-on-one basis
