Data Entry – Export Documentation and Shipping

Our client is a leader in their field, exporting quality meat products overseas in their advanced facility. This client is exclusively sourced across Australia from various sales yards and markets to ensure both quality and competitiveness.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative and logistics co-ordination skills, with a desire to be part of a dynamic team, and a willingness to learn and build a career in the lamb export trade. Previous experience in an export documentation role or shipping logistics role will be welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Order processing including RF scanning
• Liaising with sales team, cold store, shipping lines and logistics companies to coordinate export shipment orders and schedules
• Review of inventory and production levels to allow timely processing of shipping orders, shipping allocations and shipping instructions
• Maintenance of shipping and vessel schedules in Company export software

• The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and efficient data entry skills
• Basic Microsoft skills i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and work as part of a tight knit team
• Be able to use own initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
