Dynamic Placement Services, LLC Hiring for Spaceflight Software Architect (NASA cFS) at Everett, WA Full Time

Dynamic’s client is seeking a Spaceflight Software Architect for a permanent position in the Everett, WA, area (hybrid onsite/remote). The Flight Software Architect will track and document all the various software states, interfaces, and verification approaches. While there will be some programming, the position will primarily be focused on documentation and coordination.

NOTE: Candidates must be a Green Card Holder or US Citizen. A security clearance is not required for this role. Salary is flexible depending on experience. Relocation assistance is provided for out of state candidates willing to relocate to Washington state.

Qualifications:

· 5-10+ years of vehicle software experience (space vehicle preferred)

· Strong documentation and coordination experience

· Experience figuring out how to keep a vehicle running from a coding perspective with sensors, mechanisms, and communications

· C/C++ experience

· RTEMS and/or Linux experience preferred (will consider VxWorks or other operating systems)

· ARM-based architectures

· NASA cFS

· Distributed systems

· Real-Time Operating Systems (specifically Linux variations)

· Navigation, Controls, GNC, etc.

· Comfortable working in a start-up environment

· Hardware and/or firmware experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $190,000.00 per year
