What You’ll Do:

• Work with the marketing team to plan and implement multiple brands’ overall digital marketing strategies.
• Manage all the company’s social media accounts, posting content on multiple brands’ Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and understand the behavior and habits of target audiences, collecting and analyzing market data.
• Work with influencers, partnerships, and ambassadors to spread brand awareness.
• Work with the team to determine the most influential media mix to display ads and optimize campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, and period.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with various teams and follow media trends of online and offline outlets.
• Provide feedback and insight on all digital marketing channels, creating analytic s as needed.
• Measure ROI and KPIs.
• Assist with improving online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
• Assist with building a strategic inbound marketing plan that aligns with the needs of the company’s target audience.
• Monitor competition and provide competitive analysis and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Must be able to provide creative feedback and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Must be detail-oriented and able to grasp broad project objectives
• Photography and photoshoot experience preferred
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or a relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
