Dycos Staffing Hiring for Staffing Recruiter Full Time

Job Description:

Qualifications:

– Experienced with HR forms and terminology

– High school diploma or equivalent (some college education desired)

– Team player attitude and a willingness to continue education

– Excellent organization skills

– Ability to speak one-on-one and in front of a group

– Must be able to handle personnel matters including taking disciplinary actions and terminations as directed by law and the client

– Integrity and trustworthiness are essential

Expectations:

– Advertise and recruit for openings using every medium available while following budgetary guidelines

– Recruit and interview applicants and, by this process, choose those who are qualified for consideration by our customer

– Perform drug screenings, background and reference checks as indicated by our customer’s expectations

– Ensure all new hire and termination paperwork is completed and properly signed, dated, and filed in its proper place, distributing the necessary copies to the proper files and departments

– Assist in keeping a good filing system that follows DYCOS Staffing’s guidelines and update them on a regular bases

– Help coordinate proper work training for new employees to ensure fast learning and increased productivity while minimizing production time

– Help our client’s safety director coordinate a safety training that is current with OSHA standards and related to the type of work being carried out

– Follow up on new employees’ performance and replace non-performers in a timely and legal manner

– Be in regular contact with the assigned customer representatives in order to stay up to date with our client’s changing business environments

– to the Dycos’ Operations Manager any major issues or concerns that may require upper management intervention

– Perform various tasks from time to time, as deemed necessary by your supervisor and/or our customer, that is of good business and moral standards and that may not be otherwise listed in this job description

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
