Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12 months fixed term contract – North West

We have created an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our closely knit and supportive Recruitment Team, based in Manchester. We will also consider applicants based in Leeds or Liverpool.
This role will initially be a 12 months fixed term contract as our current Talent Acquisition Specialist is going on secondment internally. This is a full end to end role covering attraction, selection, assessment and offer management, as well as relationship management with key stakeholders across the business. As a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for managing internal and external recruitment and resourcing activities in order to maintain a professional and efficient service to candidates and hiring managers. You will ensure DWF attracts, hires and retains the best employees, whilst also growing a strong talent pipeline.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive Recruiter with an in-house or RPO background to join a truly innovative, global legal business and to further develop their personal and professional skills. Candidates with an agency background and a keenness to move to an in-house role will also be considered.
Life at DWF is fast paced so you will be someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of roles and have the necessary organisational skills to manage your portfolio of fee earning and business support vacancies. You will also be a strong influencer, technology savvy and comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders.
