DVCHECK is a national auto appraisal company that specializes in helping people with their total loss and diminished value insurance claims. Our service provides auto appraisal s, and we assist our clients with their auto insurance claims.

The Inside Sales Representative will educate potential customers on the diminished value claims process and sell our appraisal services to those that we can assist with their auto insurance claims.

In this role, we’ll train you to become an expert in diminished value claims so you can confidently answer questions and sell our services. The position entails consultative selling by phone and email to prospective customers.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls in response to web form inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls from new leads.
• Respond timely to new inquiries and provide quotes on the value of the customer’s vehicle and the amount of diminished value the vehicle has sustained due to the damage.
• Follow up on leads by phone and email to generate sales.
• Prospect for new body shop and attorney accounts.
• Document CRM and maintain a tracking log spreadsheet using excel.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with B2C sales as well as acquiring accounts and developing B2B relationships
• Must be able to train and work independently in a remote environment
• No prior insurance experience is required, as we will train individuals that are willing to continue to learn and be developed
• Possess a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
• Ability to learn basic insurance terminology
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail
• An openness to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback to improve results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
