DUXTON Windows & Doors Hiring for Manufacturing Technician at Winnipeg, MB Full Time

DUXTON is currently looking to fill this role, effective immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent building skills, and also a working knowledge of how machines operate. Work hours are generally Monday-Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm, with some overtime and weekend work for occasional trips out of town.

Responsibilities:

Plant Supervisor Support

-Plant layouts

-Move machinery

-Locate glass

-Work with the Quality team

Project Manager Support

-Prepare parts

-Prepare mock-ups

-Site measurements and site glazing

-On-site service such as door adjustments, patch and paint

-Witness site testing and assist in diagnostics

Trade Shows

-Build, maintain, set-up and take-down

Production Support

-Working on the line to assist in glazing, banking, predrilling, welding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
