Dustbane Products Limited Hiring for Manufacturing Operator at Ottawa, ON Full Time

We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as a full-time Line Operators – Chemical Division who possess the following characteristics:

Job Tasks include:

• Loading empty bottles onto filling conveyor
• Operating the filling unit by selecting the appropriate fill formula
• Adjusting fill machine for different container sizes
• Connecting Chemical hoses to the filling machine as necessary to select and fill the appropriate chemical
• Monitor the fill machine and take the appropriate action when necessary
• Monitor the labeling machine to ensure proper adhesion of chemical labels
• Load labels as needed / Manually label bottle when required
• Monitor and set up the date coding device as needed
• Package chemical products into erected boxes and ensure the proper labeling and sealing of the box
• Palletize finished goods for warehouse storage as required, including repetitive lifting weights of up to 50lbs
• Preparing the fill lines for operation by rinsing, cleaning, adjusting, and performing all necessary set-up work required to fill chemicals

Must Have:

• High school Diploma
• Manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Shift:

• Monday – Thursday: 7am – 4:15pm (30 min lunch + 2 paid 15 min breaks)
• Friday – 7am – 12:00pm (one 15 min paid break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
