Durofix Inc Hiring for E-Commerce Account Manager Full Time

Ecommerce Assistant Position

• Have experience with ERP(PO Processing and Shipping Side)
• Works well with word and excel.
• Willing to accept and learn new things
• Self-motivation

Key responsibilities

• Manage/Oversee PO orders on various E commerce channels (Amazon, Ebay Walmart etc)

• Printing Shipping Labels for orders (when needed)
• Process Ecommerce orders on various platforms
• Ecomm platform maintenance
• weekly and monthly s to upper managerment/supervisor on account health, provide KPI s.

• Answering and maintaining various sales channel of customer orders, inquiries, FAQ.
• Complete daily tasks promptly

• Following company internal policies
• Self-motivated to complete any tasks assigned to customer service position
• Assisting department supervisor with any sales related tasks
• Material form creations

*Inventory discrepancy : communicating and investigating discrepancies on a periodic basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• strong sales background
• Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and solve problems
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Logical thinker
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate willingness and ability to follow directions
• Fluent in Chinese/ Mandarin (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
