Job Description

The Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for the full recruitment process from advertisement to hire. You will be expected to use a range of resources including networking and job boards to source suitable candidates for durhamlane growth. You will have full ownership of sourcing, vetting and managing candidates through the interview process.

Responsibilities: *

• Support with all recruitment activities to drive business growth
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs for relevant roles

• Manage full recruitment process from advertisement to offer

• Search, Source and interview potential employees

• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques, i.e. job boards, referrals, LinkedIn headhunts, recruitment events

• Think of creative solutions to support with recruitment in to the business
• Adequately inform and prepare candidates for interviews
• Provide interview feedback promptly to HR Admin to deliver
• Keep ATS system up to date

• What it takes to become a durhamlaner: *

• Ideally you will have 12 months experience in recruitment (either agency or internal)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Enthusiastic and resilient
