About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional to join durhamlane. You will be joining an established and friendly team who will be looking to you for guidance and leadership for all things L&D. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take that next step in their career and gain some valuable experience in a management role. You will be passionate about people development and training and therefore will provide an effective, first class service; delivering expert training across the business, be instrumental in developing the L&D strategy and be a key part of implementing that strategy.
Job Description
Summary:
The Learning & Development Manager will have full accountability of the durhamlane training, learning and development programmes across the business whilst serving its team to grow and develop skills. You will be instrumental in developing the L&D strategy whilst driving the design and delivery of Induction, Onboarding and Training programmes on a range of subject matters particularly leadership, sales, customer service, marketing, new business, performance coaching, durhamlane culture and values and soft skills.
