About the Role

We have the opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly recruitment team located in Wangara. This position will focus on building relationships with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment nationally.

• Recommend and implement sourcing methods to deliver candidate pools.
• Screen and select suitable applications for consideration.
• Promote the Company and deliver great candidate experience.
• Facilitate recruitment and support the progress of the hiring managers decision-making process
• Anticipate the requirements of our project team and provide a proactive service that is consultative.

What you can bring

• Previous experience delivering end-to-end recruitment (ideally in engineering, construction or mining).
• Excellent personal skills to build relationships that you have honed in agency or internal recruitment.
• An adaptable recruitment approach to deliver best outcomes, while influencing a focus on high quality hiring.
• A team approach to getting the best results.
• Enthusiasm to contribute new ideas to enhance our employee branding.
• Great communication skills and ad writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
