As the lead process owner, you will create a global foundation and head various projects such as leader development, professional/technical skills, L&D vendor management, LMS course development, vendor management, standardization of hourly operations on-boarding and training, training data tracking & reporting, and partner with Orbia on the execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion education plan to upskill employees.
As part of our strategic growth plan, we are looking for a high-performing, true business partner to become our NEW Global Talent Development Manager to drive Dura-line’s objectives and empower our team and ensuring the design and delivery of programs is aligned with the Company’s strategic initiatives and outcomes.
The incumbent in this role will lead us to success by building a unique, global, future-fit partnership and strategy for the entire business while working closely with Orbia Talent Team, Dura-Line People Team & Leadership Team, and cross-functional teams at all levels in the organization. We offer you freedom, empowerment, and the opportunity to drive these programs and create standardized work processes that will be executed globally.

You will be a coach and mentor to our global teams on L&D strategies, proactively seek best-in-class processes for digitized content, individualized learning paths, development in the flow of work, design and define an innovative learning and capability development solutions that inspires improvements across the entire organization.
To hit the ground running and to provide functional expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex problems, you need to have demonstrable global learning and development experience in a manufacturing company to including creating and delivering training materials and identifying/analyzing training and development data. You must have experience identifying learning program measurement and evaluation strategies including behavior change and impact to business results, hands-on program evaluation of effectiveness and impact of learning solutions, learner reaction and knowledge gained, engagement & participation, etc.
You will seek out learning and development innovative & sustainable solutions that positively impact how our employees reach their potential through process leadership design tools and programs that can be implemented globally while also remaining flexible to adopt local culture, language, and installation requirements.
