Dupont Dentalworks Hiring for Dental Office Receptionist/Administrator (FT) at Toronto, ON Full Time

We are looking for a team member to join our growing dental office and provide exceptional service to our patients.

No dental experience is required, we will train you!

Ideal for an individual who is looking to grow into a permanent position. Must be outgoing, friendly, caring and a team player!

Position Requirements:
  • Must have great communication and writing skills.
  • Must be organized.
  • Must be computer savvy.
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays.
  • Must be double vaccinated against COVID.

Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling patient appointments as needed.
  • Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
  • Communicating with medical insurance providers
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Benefits and paid sick days. Cash bonus at the 3-month mark.
Compensation $22-24/hour.
