duPerier Texas Land Man Hiring for Social Media Manager at Bandera, TX Full Time

This position requires in-person work in our Bandera, Office. remote work is not an option. Prefer a degree in marketing or equivalent work experience. History of success is a plus.

Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity

● Develop social media campaigns for specific ranches to be showcased

● Update social media content across all channels for duPerier and Texas Landmen. This will also include posting reels every day for each account, announcing new listings coming soon, and Just Listed properties / Just Sold

● Engage with customers and followers

● Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)

● Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained to be sent to the agents whose property the campaign was run on to send to the seller’s so they’re happy with the marketing.

● Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

● Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network such as Outdoor Channel, Sportsmans Channel and bring marketing opportunities to the table for Texas Landmen and duPerier Texas Landman. Ex: Running a hunt on outdoor channel on a listing and highlighting the listing on TV.

● Develop content or get it done by content developers

● Keep an eye on social media trends

● Communicate effectively to Broker and Agents and work with them on which listings to post/reels.

● Work with videographers/photographers to receive 3-4 videos to be used for future reels and store photos in file for future posts from the photographer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
