Patient Support Specialist – Ophthalmology Office – Part Time

DuPage Ophthalmology is a privately owned general ophthalmology practice focused on providing superior patient care in a positive healthy environment. We are seeking a part-time Patient Support Specialist to round out our amazing team of professionals. This is an in-office position with a long term possibility of transition to remote work.

Primary responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, comfortability using a computer and learning new software tools. We are seeking a candidate who exudes positive energy, is capable of high level multi-tasking and understands the importance of providing an excellent patient experience.
