Talent Acquisition Consultant: Clinical Recruitment

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday- Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm
• Location: Downers Grove, IL/Remote

Driven by our mission and values, you will achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; interviewing, advising and guiding managers, working with long term staffing planning of organization, maximizes ATS and social media to achieve a pipeline of candidates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; attends job fairs and networking events; maintaining rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracting applicants by posting positions; contacting schools/universities, using professional websites and social media and job sites.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Negotiating offers that are fair and consistent, initiates on boarding process for new hires.
• Improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; providing managers with needed information.
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required in an appropriate discipline.
• Professional certification in Human Resources desired.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources. Previous healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems and HRIS preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft programs; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent organizational, customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understands the business environment and objectives and can work with employees to meet those objectives.
• Must work independently with a high level of attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Strong customer service skills required to serve a diverse client-base are required.

• Please note, this position will primarily be remote, with the opportunity to visit the office for meetings, training, and as needed/required. Candidates must be local/willing to travel into office (Downers Grove) on occasion.
