Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Agent is to generate new business for the company by contacting potential clients and converting leads into appointments for our sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: • Contact potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and advertising • Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track progress • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a monthly basis • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus) • Proven inside sales experience in the real estate industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus
