We are searching for a driven professional with a passion for seeking out talent, internally and externally, and the ability to develop global programs and processes in talent acquisition and pipelining, employer brand and EVP, and internal mobility.
You will have a growth mindset and be willing to be hands on to support the evolution of the organization to be bigger and stronger.
You can move quickly, cope with a fast pace and be able to pivot to changing priorities with a solution approach. Being flexible and agile, you will be able to balance operational work and setting a strategy.
You will have a few years of experience in the core areas in a corporate environment, especially hiring strategy and branding, talent acquisition for all level of roles in multiple countries and supporting the internal progress of talent.
Your charismatic style and excellent communication will have led you to build strong relationships up to C Suite level and you will enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partnering with business leaders for success.
The role is based at our office in Durham, North Carolina, four days a week.
