Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound calls to book Taxicabs and assisting customers over the phone as needed.
Helping customers in Lost & Found
Data entry and customer accounts/data maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
Previous Call centre experience
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent English communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Should be a team player
Flexible Availability

24×7 operations – 3 shifts per day
