Engineering Technician – Test Engineering

Job Summary

• Assist in the development and generation of test solutions and procedures
• Partner with the test engineering team to place orders for parts to support test fixtures
• Assist with collecting validation and verification results
• Responsible for maintenance of test engineering fixtures and system
• Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and manufacturing, to ensure proper test coverage and to resolve any issues that arise during testing
• Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic components and troubleshooting to the component level
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as schematics, diagrams, and test procedures

Required Experience and Education

• Associate’s degree in electronic or mechanical technology required
• 2-4 years’ experience test technician or manufacturing support preferred
