Duchessa Ent Inc Hiring for e-commerce/drop shipping operations team at New York, NY Full Time

Duchessa Ent is looking for talented individuals to join our team as a result of business transformation with a new eCommerce and Dropshipping division. Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality products while providing a seamless shopping experience. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1)Operations Manager: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills.

2)Marketing Specialist: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

3)Web Developer: With the concept of web3.0 web development and AI application, the web developer will be responsible for designing and maintaining our website and e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have front-end and back-end development experience, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web content management systems.

4)Customer Service Representatives: Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and processing returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and customer service experience.
