The Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven, inquisitive and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing global People & Culture team. In this role, you will work closely with all levels of internal stakeholders and will be responsible for delivering a customer centric service across the business. You will oversee the gathering, maintenance, and administration of accurate People information into company systems and provide people support across the business.

The Role

Key focus areas and responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide administrative and generalist support to Dubber employees across all global locations
• Provide support across a range of People & Culture activities including recruitment, employment contracts, payroll liaison, timesheets, employee communication, onboarding and offboarding
• Liaising with hiring managers to create and post job ads, schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, background & reference checks
• Assist with onboarding of employees globally, generating offer letters and contracts, ensuring new employees are set up in HRIS and given access to all tools they will need
• Assist Talent and Operations teams with ad hoc administration tasks including ordering of equipment
• Produce reports weekly, monthly and ad hoc for Senior Management
• Support the team with projects such as; Talent & Succession, Remuneration & Benefits, and Learning & Development programmes
• Building strong relationships across business functions, providing feedback and improving recruitment and onboarding processes
• Providing general administrative support to the Director of People and Culture and the Global head of Talent Acquisition, such as drafting position descriptions

Skills and Experience

• Recent HR Graduate and/or 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role
• Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Technically Savvy – comfortable with the use of multiple systems and picking them up quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working to conflicting deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders at once
