About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a flair for people to join our energetic and dynamic company. We are looking for someone who can quickly become invested in the business and its effervescent culture. Your desire to understand the business, ability to think strategically, love of a challenge and the ability to thrive in an organisation which is constantly changing will ensure your success.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will partner closely with the wider HR team and people managers to manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process while providing guidance on recruitment strategies and best practice. You will bring a passion for ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience and enjoy bringing the employer brand to life through support of recruitment and EVP initiatives.

About You
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have worked in a similar internal recruitment role for at least 2 years. You will be keen to work closely with the busy team in an ever-changing environment. For this reason, you will need a high level of drive and energy as well as be adaptable and versatile to juggle multiple tasks. A high level of initiative and a proactive approach is crucial to success in this role. Previous experience managing the recruitment process via an HRIS system such as Workday would be beneficial in this role but not essential.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail whilst being balanced with a confident, friendly and approachable manner. It’s critical to have the maturity to interact and engage with all levels of the business and drive to be a part of a successful business and passionate People, Internal Communications and Change team.
