About the Role
Our Deputy Chief Executive Officer is looking for an Executive Assistant!
We are looking for an experienced EA to provide 1:2 support to be based in our Sydney Office who will support both the Deputy Chief Executive Officer who frequently travels interstate and the Regional Manager (Southern) in a 70/30 time split. You’ll need to anticipate the needs of our Deputy CEO, manage up with confidence and be able to maintain motivation & initiative with minimal direction.
In this role you will manage various sensitive matters and will be expected to assist with driving projects and implementing business strategy.

About You
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you’ll be proactive in your approach, have an exceptional ability to think on your feet, and can roll with last minute changes.
The ideal candidate will have the capability to prioritise, coordinate, and support large-scale projects in an environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting demands. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in establishing relationships at all levels and feels comfortable to speak openly and operate with absolute integrity.
We would love to have someone join that has previous experience working closely with leaders in a start-up business. Whilst DUAL is a well-established business, the heart, pride, and investment in the success of this business is like that of a start-up.
