We’re a small family owned 20 person company looking for an administrative assistant.
Our work environment is casual not corporate.
Duties may include:
- Scheduling outgoing freight shipments
- Inventory audits
- Planning tradeshows and in house events
- Light Customer service. (Overflow calls only)
- Running Errands
- Research
- Ordering supplies
Requirements:
- 2 years or more basic office duty experience
- Spreadsheet Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
