Role Description

DTEX Systems is looking for an IT Support Engineer to help keep our global team operational. Working with the US team, you’ll be responsible for desktop, administrative, and server support for users across Australia, India, and the UK.

Role & Responsibilities:

• First and second level support for desktop and general IT requests
• Administration of Office 365 and cloud service
• Onboarding and offboarding users
• Maintaining adherence to security policies and standards
• Management of incidents, problems, changes.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of issues across services and levels of the stack.

Experience

• 2+ years in a helpdesk / ServiceDesk / technical support role

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Docker / Podman + compose, Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate and prioritize effectively
