The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the project and corporate teams, supporting all areas of the recruitment and selection processes within DT Global. This role will work collaboratively with the talent team and our Physical Infrastructure team in identifying suitable personnel for existing and new pipeline opportunities utilising recruitment platforms, networks and developing advertisement strategies. With a positive and creative approach, this role will allow you to apply your creativity in attracting talent and working across our various business areas.

Responsibilities will include

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine resourcing requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment selection processes
• Proactively partner with the business to understand recruitment needs and develop strong talent attraction strategies
• Further develop and manage talent pools aligned with our key sector areas utilising internal and external networks
• Support the proactive and continual recruitment & sourcing of qualified talent for the physical infrastructure and strategic engagement & partnerships team
• Work closely with Corporate staff and the program teams’ in developing attractive job advertisements, assessing applications, screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Support and manage selection processes, including phone screening, behavioural interviews, reference checks and due diligence checks;
• Support the Physical Infrastructure team in developing pipeline of personnel for project management and engineering roles
• Provide administrative support and ensure our practice of inclusion and diversity in all aspects of talent management and recruitment
• All other duties as outlined in the position description.

About You

You will have worked in talent acquisition for at least 2 years with a rounded understanding of candidate tracking systems and various advertisement channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and other platforms. Your collaborative disposition, shared values and commitment is vital in joining a fun and dynamic team. You are organised, solution-focused, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently prioritising day to day deliverables.
