Accounting Manager

Summary:

The position will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of the Accounting, Purchasing, and Billing Departments. The accounting manager will work closely with the Leadership and Management team to establish, develop and implement strategies impacting the financial strength of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Responsible for creating and supervising the accounting procedures of the company.

2. Oversee the work of the accounting department.

3. Prepare budgets, financial reports, company audits, and required filings.

4. Review and approve all purchase orders, prior to payment.

5. Analyzes available data and financial reports and make recommendations to management team.

6. Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization.
7. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

8. Establish/Maintain current and new forecasting protocols with top management.

9. Support Year End Audit Procedures with CPA

10. Manage (a staff of 3-4) and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including but not limited to:

• month and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• produce monthly financial statement

REQUREMENT SKILL AND REQUIREMENT PREFFERED

• Must have working experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• 2+ years’ experience in an accounting leadership role

• Exceptional leadership abilities

• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required

• Fluent in English; Chinese or Vietnamese speaking preferable but not essential

• Experience with using Microsoft Suite Tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams)

• High Attention to detail and Accuracy.
