DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled Administrative Specialist in Pinkenba, Brisbane..

As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsibile for administrative functions to support our Solutions Warehouse team and the wider site administration to meet the client(s) SLA’s and all internal / external KPI’s. This role is responsible to process daily administrative functions for clients by completing data entry, transport booking, analysing s and problem solving, to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Pick-packing duties within reason
• Pallet & Inventory counting, labelling and invoicing
• Accurate data entry and management of customers purchase consignments and other relevant data from customers’ suppliers
• Provide general logistic support with coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with local DSV office on a regular basis to provide feedback in relation to shipments, customer needs
• Liaise with customer and provide information and s as requested and approved by DSV management
• Ensure timely, attentive and appropriate communication with internal and external customers to ensure effective resolution of service issues
• Implement process improvements in consultation with DSV management

About You:

• Experience in a similar role or substantial 3PL administrative experience including an accounts function
• Good communication skills, strong customer focus and an adept thinker for problem solving
