DST Systems Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Stirling, Scotland Full Time

• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview, feedback and offer negotiation
• Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting
• Proactively source, screen, and guide candidates through a successful interviewing and candidate experience
• Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions
• Manage hiring through ATS – Workday
• Maintain accurate information on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
• Participate actively and effectively with other Recruiting and Human Resources colleagues
• Influence hiring managers on the importance of Diversity in the Recruitment process

• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality
• Experience of successfully deploying strategies for sourcing candidates through direct methods
• Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements
• Familiar with job board and social media sourcing methods
• Demonstrable experience of tracking recruitment metrics and driving improvements off insight
• Practical experience/knowledge of Applicant Tracking System/s
