DSI Systems Hiring for Onboarding Compliance Specialist Full Time

DSI Systems Inc. the nation’s largest home services distributor has an immediate need for a motivated individual to fill an Onboarding and Compliance Specialist position. In this role, you will be accountable for onboarding, vetting, and compliance-related responsibilities. You will review the credibility of new businesses looking to partner with DSI for Video, Broadband, Wireless, Security, and other opportunities.

*THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION THAT WILL TO OUR URBANDALE, IOWA OFFICE. *

Requirements

• Execute the new dealer pipeline and complete onboarding including agreements, COI, background checks, POS setup, and other related action items
• Vetting and compliance for new and existing business relationships for Video, Broadband, Wireless, Security, and other business opportunities like AT&T, DIRECTV, CenturyLink, Vivint, Lumio, and other vendor partners
• Perform vetting calls in order to review address and business validation, go to market, web presence, and inspect the overall credibility of a business partnering with DSI
• Review quality metrics and perform spot checks daily, weekly and monthly
• Perform new dealer quality reviews every 30-60 days from dealer onboarding
• Provide support to local Account Executives and work closely on approvals, denials, onboarding, and compliance-related matters
• Be compliance eyes and ears
• Execute company directives throughout the dealer base

The ideal candidate will possess the following

• Strong background and proven track record as a sales professional
• Knowledge of how to plan your calendar and exceptional organizational skills
• A keen eye for fraud, business malpractice, and theft
• Dynamic, highly motivated with integrity and passion for compliance
• Prompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented with proven results
• Ability to learn industry key metrics and translate them into an executable action plan
• Bilingual – Spanish Preferred

Experience

• Ability to have a business discussion including legal agreements, compliance requirements, and marketing tactics with independent business owners
• Experience with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing tactics
• Experience with Online marketing and lead gen industry
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Broadband, Wireless, Solar, and/or security industry preferred

Schedule:
