Job Summary
Purpose of Role

Accountable for the delivery of end-to-end pan-European recruitment for the Packaging head office

Act as single point of contact for all Packaging Head Office recruitment and project manage accordingly

Own and deliver strong insight led resourcing solutions to create and establish direct sourcing capability

Description
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Business Partnering

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering the business and HR BPs to gain a deep understanding of their requirements for all vacancies and pipelining activities.

Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the business, in order to deliver customer focused solutions.

Provide advice and direction on best practice sourcing channels, selection methodologies and share market intelligence.

Responsible for delivering an optimum candidate management experience throughout the candidate journey from sourcing through to onboarding.

Build relationships with a network of diverse candidates leading to strong direct sourcing initiatives including the creation & development of talent pipelines /communities, attracting & influencing passive candidates, reaching new and diverse talent pools.

Understand organisational capability gaps and proactively identify and build external pools of diverse talent to bridge those gaps.

Provide insightful data and intelligence to the business to support the wider business and talent acquisition strategy

Maintain up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice and industry innovations for the business to maintain competitive edge.

Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with Group-wide initiatives including continuous improvement processes which will include Workday optimisation & contribution to the overall delivery of the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
