Office Assistant
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the office staff
– Assist with project coordination and tracking
– Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
– Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
– Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
– Perform general clerical duties as needed
Skills:
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
– Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
